Magdalena Oil Industry Open-Air Museum

An open-air museum established on the site of the closed Magdalena mine in Gorlice, opened in 2012. It presents the Galician history of crude oil in the Gorlice region - the cradle of the oil industry. On the grounds there is, among other things, a rock outcrop with seeping oil and a historic hand-dug well.
