Museum of Iron Ore Mining in Częstochowa

A branch of the Częstochowa Museum in Staszic Park, opened on 4 December 1989 in underground corridors made between 1974 and 1976. The region was an important centre of iron ore extraction - before World War II 72% of national output came from here. A point on the Industrial Monuments Route of the Silesian Voivodeship.
