An industrial monument from 1904 in Katowice-Szopienice - the only place in Silesia with a preserved, authentic technological line for producing zinc sheet. In 2013 the site was purchased by the Foundation for the Protection of Silesian Industrial Heritage, which opened the museum after three years of revitalisation. It was awarded in 2018 for a revitalisation that preserved the authentic equipment. Note: not to be confused with the Museum of Zinc Metallurgy in Katowice from the database - it is the same address; if the site is already in the database, it should be skipped.
