A winemaking and cheesemaking estate of around 1 hectare located in the hamlet of Zagardle (Szczodrkowice) in the Skała municipality, about 12 km from Kraków, in the Kraków-Częstochowa Upland. The cultivation is organic, without herbicides or chemical crop protection agents.
Red: Léon Millot, Maréchal Foch, Regent, Rondo. White: Seyval Blanc, Solaris, Jutrzenka, Hibernal, Swenson Red, Saint Pepin, Adalmiina, La Crescent.
