A brewery revived in 2015 (by the Fortuna Brewery), reviving the tradition of Grodzisk beer - once described as the 'champagne among beers'. The beer is brewed according to a traditional recipe from Grodzisk water, Grodzisk yeast and 100% wheat malt dried with oak smoke, with the addition of Lublin hops.
The tradition of brewing Grodzisk beer dates back to the turn of the Middle Ages, with the first mentions from 1301.
