A microbrewery founded in 1991 by brothers Andrzej and Stanisław Czarnecki - the first private family brewery in free Poland. It specialises in unpasteurised beer. Its long-standing flagship product was the beer 'Rycerz'; today it brews around 12 kinds of bottom- and top-fermented beers (pilsner, porter, bock, wheat beers, smoked beers, lagers, seasonals).
