A regional brewery in Siołkowa near Grybów, at the foot of the Beskid Sądecki, between Nowy Sącz and Gorlice. The first records of beer brewing at this site date from 1804; in 1887 the brewery was purchased and modernised by the brewer Franciszek Paschka. It brews bottom-fermented beers (the well-known Pilsvar brand). NOTE: the historic, century-old factory buildings are not open for close-up tours.
