A brewery in Jędrzejów - the 'brewing centre of the Kielce region' - with traditions reaching back to the Middle Ages (the Cistercians). The industrial brewery was established in 1823 (with an initial output of 4,000 hl per year). Known for the Strzelec brand; it is currently owned by Van Pur. Today the plant can produce around 420,000 hl of beer per year.
