The Nysa Kłodzka is one of the most interesting water trails in Poland. The trail runs from Długopole-Zdrój to the mouth of the Biała Głuchołaska at Lake Nysa; the total length of the routes is about 195 km.
The trail passes through the Kłodzko Land, including the Bardo Gorge (about 52 km, divided into three stages).
