A farmstead cheese dairy at homestead no. 46 in Swołowo - a village known as the capital of the "Chequered Land" due to its characteristic timber-frame architecture. It produces natural rennet cheeses.
Swołowo 46, near Słupsk, Pomeranian Voivodeship, in the heart of the Chequered Valley.
The cheeses are 100% regional products made from milk supplied by a befriended farmer from Swołowo. The offer includes matured farmstead gouda as well as Żuławy- and Koryciński-style cheeses. Workshops are held during which participants taste cheeses and make their own cheese to take away.
