Kozłonoga - Klecin Goat Farm

A certified organic farm run by Joanna Maślukiewicz, breeding Alpine and Improved Coloured goats as well as Polish horses. The free-range animals graze on around 10 hectares of meadows, with an emphasis on their welfare.

Products

  • goat's cheeses, including Fetamina, Kozia Rebelia and św. Hildegarda
  • cheeses matured in an underground ripening cellar (even for several months)
  • bread from a wood-fired oven

The farm is entered in the National Network of Demonstration Farms and belongs to the Association of Farmstead and Farm Cheesemakers.
