Podłazy Cheese Dairy

Beata Cichopek's farmstead cheese dairy in Piotrów-Podłazy (Łagów commune) - one of the first farms in the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship producing long-ripened cheeses. The milk comes from local farmers whose cows graze in the meadows.

  • Edward (Gouda-type), Antoni (with spices), Franciszek (feta-type)
  • Podłazer (Gruyère-type), Konstanty (Emmental-type)
  • blue cheese, yoghurt, butter

The cheeses ripen for up to about a year; a member of the Association of Farmstead and Farm Cheesemakers.
