JuchowoFarm Organic Farm

A biodynamic organic farm and educational farmstead in the village of Juchowo by a lake (Borne Sulinowo / Silnowo commune, West Pomeranian Voivodeship), away from industry and main transport routes. The farm has been operating since 2000.

Crops and animals

  • cultivation of cereals, including old varieties (spelt, sweet clover)
  • vegetables, extensive meadows and pastures
  • a herd of dairy cows as well as sheep, goats, hens, geese, pigs, rabbits
  • cheese dairy and bakery (sourdough bread, curd cheese)

Education

  • guided tours of the farm (by prior arrangement)
  • educational workshops, summer projects for children and youth
  • student internships and study visits
