One of the most recognisable and longest-running restaurant brands serving traditional Polish cuisine. The first venue was founded in 1995 in Głogoczów near Kraków by Jan Kościuszko; in 2006 the chain was taken over by the company Sfinks Polska.
Traditional Polish and Old Polish cuisine: bread with lard, herring, soups, pierogi, breaded pork cutlet, cabbage rolls, roulades, fish dishes and regional desserts, served in a decor reminiscent of a country cottage.
