Pod Łososiem Restaurant

One of the most historic restaurants in Gdańsk, with centuries-old traditions. In 1598 the Dutch Mennonite Ambrosius Vermöllen founded here an inn and a liqueur distillery, Der Lachs (The Salmon), whose most famous drink became the Gdańsk Golden Water - Goldwasser, a spiced vodka with flakes of 22-carat gold.

Interiors and cuisine

The restaurant's assets are the meticulously restored 18th-century Rococo hall and rooms full of antique objects and collections. Traditional cuisine with regional accents is served, including fish and Kashubian dishes.
