The only living open-air museum in Poland combining the protection of historic wooden architecture with catering and hotel activities, in Przeworsk. The open-air museum was created in the 1970s on the initiative of the regionalist Stanisław Żuk; the complex of buildings creates the atmosphere of a typical Galician town and a traditional Galician village.
The restaurant serves dishes of traditional Polish and regional cuisine (żurek, pierogi) in a historic, Galician setting.
