A restaurant in Olsztyn cultivating the culinary heritage of Warmia, Masuria and Powiśle, a member of the Culinary Heritage Warmia Masuria Powiśle network. The chefs use local produce from small producers as well as wild edible plants; the restaurant has its own permaculture garden.
The menu features characteristic regional dishes, including Warmian beef dzyndzałki and karmuszka - a soup awarded at the Perła Fair 2017.
