An inn in Bysław in the Tuchola Forest, drawing on the rich cultural heritage of the region. In 2013 it received a membership certificate of the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Goose Culinary Trail, as the only restaurant from the Tuchola Forest on the trail.
The menu consists mainly of Borowiak cuisine, known for its rich flavour and simplicity - Borowiak pork loin, pork knuckle, pierogi, żurek, tripe and fish prepared in various ways, using fresh, local ingredients.
