The Barlinek Forest (part of the former Gorzów Forest) is a woodland complex on the Myślibórz Lakeland between Gorzów Wielkopolski, Strzelce Krajeńskie and Barlinek, with an area of about 35,000 ha. Forests make up about 80% of its surface – mainly pine forests with a share of oak and beech.
The area is protected as the Barlinek Landscape Park (West Pomeranian Voivodeship) – the park was created in 2021 after the division of the former Barlinek-Gorzów Landscape Park. It constitutes a Natura 2000 special protection area for birds.
The area is accessible year-round, admission is free. Hiking and cycling trails.
