The Żywiec Landscape Park protects the forests of the Żywiec Beskids, around Żywiec, Rajcza and Ujsoły (Żywiec County, Silesian Voivodeship). These are extensive Carpathian forests dominated by spruce, beech and fir on the steep mountain slopes. Here you will find, among others, the "Pilsko" and "Lipowska" nature reserves, protecting natural high-montane stands and upland meadows.
The area is open year-round, admission free.
