The Spała Landscape Park protects forests in the Pilica River valley, around Spała and Inowłódz (Tomaszów County, Łódź Province). These are pine forests, mixed forests and riparian woodlands, part of the former Pilica Wilderness. The park is famous for its red deer refuge (roaring stags in autumn) and the historic resort town of Spała with its former presidential residence.
The area is accessible year-round, admission free.
