Altana (about 408 m above sea level) is the highest hill of the Masovian Voivodeship, located on the Gielniów Ridge, between the villages of Ciechostowice and Hucisko (Szydłowiec municipality, Szydłowiec County). It lies on the border of the landscape of the Niekłań-Bliżyn Hills.
At the top there is a metal fire watchtower about 34 m high. The hill is covered by forests.
An easily accessible point for those collecting the Crown of Poland peaks and for lovers of quiet walks in the forest.
