Skorocice Cave

The largest cave in Poland developed in gypsum, in the Skorocice reserve in the Ponidzie region (Nida Basin). About 352 m long; it connects with the Jasna (Dzwonów) Cave. The reserve was established in 1960 (area 7.7 ha) and covers a small karst valley with gypsum walls, sinkholes and about 26 caves.
