Lake Białe lies in the eastern part of the Łęczna-Włodawa Lake District, about 7 km south of Włodawa, next to the village of Okuninka (Włodawa municipality, Włodawa county, Lublin Province).
It covers about 32 ha, with a maximum depth of around 25 m. The bottom, lined with bright white sand, gives the water a turquoise hue - hence the lake's name and its reputation for exceptional cleanliness. The Łęczna-Włodawa Lake District is a cluster of more than 60 lakes, unique on the scale of Central Europe.
