Lake Otmuchowskie is the oldest large retention reservoir in the Opole Voivodeship, built between 1928 and 1933 on the Nysa Kłodzka River, above the town of Otmuchów. It is part of the Nysa Kłodzka Cascade.
A hydroelectric power plant operates at the reservoir. The lake is an important site for the grey heron and waterfowl, popular among anglers (especially for pikeperch) and ornithologists.
