The Słok Reservoir is a retention reservoir on the Widawka River, located approx. 14 km from Bełchatów, in the village of Słok. It was built in the 1970s; it also serves as a cooling reservoir for the nearby power plant.
Its picturesque location amid forests makes Słok an attractive recreation area near Bełchatów. Its large surface allows sailing; many fish species live in its waters.
