Książański Landscape Park

One of the first landscape parks in the Sudetes (established in 1981), protecting the gorge sections of rivers around Książ Castle.

Location and surroundings

The park lies in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship, within Wałbrzych, Świdnica, Świebodzice and the surrounding area.

  • Książ Castle - the third largest castle in Poland
  • The gorges of the Pełcznica and Szczawnik rivers
  • The Hochberg Path along the Pełcznica river
