Załęczański Landscape Park

One of the first landscape parks in central Poland (established in 1978), located on the Woźniki-Wieluń Upland, mostly within the Łódź Voivodeship.

Location and surroundings

The park covers a gorge section of the Warta known as the Great Warta Bend.

What to see / Natural highlights

  • The Warta gorges: Działoszyński and Krzeczowski
  • The Węże inanimate nature reserve near Działoszyn (about 21 ha)
  • Góra Św. Genowefy - the largest limestone rock in the area
  • Żabia Góra (a natural monument)

For canoeists, hikers, cyclists and horse riders.

The park is managed by the Landscape Parks Complex of the Łódź Voivodeship.
