Barlinek, powiat myśliborski, województwo zachodniopomorskie
Barlinek Landscape Park was created in 2021 as a result of the division of the former Barlinek-Gorzów Landscape Park (established in 1991) into a West Pomeranian and a Lubusz part. It protects the extensive forest complexes of the Barlinek Wilderness.
The park encompasses a large forest complex on outwash plains, numerous lakes (including Lake Barlineckie with an area of 268 ha) and rich peat-bog vegetation. About 700 species of vascular plants, over 140 species of lichens and more than 100 species of breeding birds occur here.
Within the former park there were several nature reserves protecting unique bog and peatland ecosystems.
The area is accessible year-round. The tourist base is Barlinek with numerous hiking and cycling trails around Lake Barlineckie.
