Dylewskie Hills Landscape Park

The Dylewskie Hills Landscape Park was established on 4 January 1994. It protects the highest part of the Lubawa Ridge, with its highest elevation - Dylewska Góra (312 m above sea level).

Area and location

The park covers 71.7 km², with a buffer zone of 146.6 km². It lies within the municipalities of Dąbrówno and Ostróda (Ostróda County) as well as Lubawa (Iława County).

Natural values

This is one of the most morphologically varied areas of the Chełmno-Dobrzyń Lakeland, with relative height differences reaching 80 m. There are three nature reserves (Jezioro Francuskie, Dylewo, Rzeka Drwęca) and rare plant species.
