Stołowe Mountains National Park protects Poland's only mountains with a tabular (plateau) structure, featuring characteristic sandstone rock formations. Established in 1993, it covers around 63 km².
The park lies in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in the Central Sudetes, on the border with the Czech Republic; its headquarters are in Kudowa-Zdrój.
For hiking tourists, families, lovers of rock formations and photographers.
Entry to Szczeliniec Wielki and Błędne Skały is charged; in season a one-way shuttle system operates on the road to Błędne Skały.
The park is open all year round; a record 1.3 million visitors in 2023.
By car to Kudowa-Zdrój, Karłów and the car parks; the routes are accessible on foot.
