Pieniny National Park

Pieniny National Park protects the nature of the Pieniny - a picturesque mountain range with the Dunajec River gorge. Established in 1932, it is one of the first national parks in Poland (around 23 km²).

Location and surroundings

The park lies in the Lesser Poland Voivodeship, on the border with Slovakia (adjacent to the PIENAP).
