Lake Rożnów is one of the most beautifully situated reservoirs in Lesser Poland, created on the Dunajec River. Gródek nad Dunajcem is the most popular holiday resort on this body of water.

The lake lies in the Lesser Poland Voivodeship, in Nowy Sącz County. In Gródek nad Dunajcem and the neighbouring Bartkowa-Posadowa there are several bathing areas; a public, free beach with WOPR lifeguards is located in the centre of Gródek.
