Borówno bathing area is a supervised bathing site at Lake Borówno, run by the Voluntary Water Rescue Service of the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship at the WOPR Training and Recreation Centre. The shoreline is about 50 m long, with a sandy beach partly overgrown with grass, a gently sloping bottom and excellent water quality.
A paddling area for children (white buoys, secured with a net), a zone for non-swimmers (red buoys) and a zone for swimmers (yellow buoys). In the central part there is a lifeguard tower with a first-aid point; staffed by 3-5 lifeguards.
Bathing season 27 June - 31 Aug, 9:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
