Jagiełło's Stone

An erratic boulder lying in the current of the Brda River near Rudzki Most by Tuchola. A rare quartzite with a streak of biotite schist; rapakivi granite.

Dimensions and protection

  • Circumference: approx. 7.8 m
  • Length: approx. 2.5 m
  • Designated a natural monument on 31 July 1970

It lies within the Dolina Rzeki Brdy reserve and the Tuchola Landscape Park.

Getting there

Coordinates approx. 53°34′01″N 17°54′12″E. The blue trail runs along the Brda.
