Zawady, powiat skierniewicki, woj. łódzkie
A boulder in the village of Zawady – the largest glacial erratic in Mazovia and the second largest in Poland (after Trygław). Light-grey sandstone with a siliceous cement dating from the Miocene.
A so-called raft (porwak) – torn from the bedrock by the ice sheet. Longitudinal glacial striations are visible on its surface.
Accessible all year round.
Coordinates approx. 51°54′51″N 20°27′17″E. Village of Zawady.
