Observation tower on Wielka Sowa

A stone (concrete) observation tower erected in 1905–1906 on the summit of Wielka Sowa (1015 m above sea level), the highest peak of the Owl Mountains in the Central Sudetes. It is a symbol of this range and one of the most popular viewpoints in Lower Silesia.

Views

In good weather there is an extensive panorama of the Sudetes from the Karkonosze to the Śnieżnik Massif, and on clear days Wrocław is also visible.
