A steel-and-timber viewing tower 34 m high, built by the Stuposiany Forest District on the summit of Jeleniowaty (907 m above sea level) near Muczne. Officially opened on 19 November 2020. The tallest viewing tower in the Polish Bieszczady Mountains.

The tower is sometimes closed in dangerous weather conditions (fog, rain, snow, ice, storms, strong wind).
