Lake Mucharskie is a dam reservoir on the Skawa river, known until 2018 as the Świnna Poręba Reservoir. Its area is about 10.35 km² and its capacity 161 million m³. The dam is located in the village of Świnna Poręba, about 6 km south of Wadowice, by road no. 28.
The main functions of the reservoir are flood protection of the Skawa and Vistula valleys and protection against drought through flow regulation. The reservoir lies on the border of the Wadowice and Sucha counties.
Recreational infrastructure is developing around the reservoir - beaches, viewpoints and trails. It is one of the newest large dam reservoirs in Poland.
Recreation mainly in the summer season; the landscape is accessible all year round.
