The Otmuchów Reservoir is a dam reservoir on the Nysa Kłodzka river in the Otmuchów municipality. Together with the Topola, Kozielno and Nysa reservoirs it forms a system of multifunctional reservoirs constituting a flood-control cascade of the Nysa Kłodzka valley.
The reservoir's main function is flood protection and water retention. It works together with the Nysa Lake located downstream.
The body of water is used for recreation and angling; holiday resorts and bathing areas operate along its shores.
