Gwda River (canoeing trail)

The Gwda is the largest right-bank tributary of the Noteć, rising in meadows above Lake Wierzchowo near Szczecinek and emptying into the Noteć at Ujście near Piła. The length of the trail from Drzewo to Ujście is about 145 km.

Character of the trail

The upper part forms the picturesque Szczecinek Loop with lakes, while the lower stretch flows through a deep valley, meandering through the Forest on the Gwda.
