The Rega is one of the most beautiful kayaking trails in northern Poland, regarded by many as the wildest and most picturesque in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship. The river flows out of the forests near Bronowo and, after 168 km, empties into the sea at Mrzeżyno.
The Gryfice-Trzebiatów section (about 24-26 km, 5-6 hours) is comfortable - the river is wide here, with a calm current and no fallen trees. The last stage, Trzebiatów-Mrzeżyno (14 km, 3-4 hours), ends the trip at the Baltic.
