Wodogrzmoty Mickiewicza

Wodogrzmoty Mickiewicza (Mickiewicz Waterfalls) are waterfalls in the High Tatras formed by three larger ones (Upper, Middle and Lower Waterfall) and several smaller cascades on the Roztoka stream. The height of the individual cascades ranges from 3 to 10 m.

Location and surroundings

They are located in the Roztoka Valley, by the road leading to Morskie Oko, within the Tatra National Park. The name was given in 1891 to commemorate the transfer of the ashes of Adam Mickiewicz to Wawel.
