Poznań Palm House

The Poznań Palm House is the oldest and largest palm house in Poland and one of the largest in Europe. It is located in Wilson Park in Poznań. It was established in 1911.

Collections

Across an area of 4,600 m² (volume approx. 46,000 m³) in 12 pavilions, around 1,100 plant species are presented, while the aquariums hold about 170 fish species and around 50 species of aquatic plants. After suffering damage, the facility was closed in 1978 and, following reconstruction, reopened on 1 October 1992.

Seasonality and hours
