The Arboretum of the Kostrzyca Forest Gene Bank is a dendrological garden in Miłków at the foot of the Karkonosze Mountains, whose history dates back to 1997. It functions as an active gene bank, protecting endangered species in an ex situ formula.
The arboretum covers nearly 15 ha; the collections comprise about 5,000 specimens representing more than 700 species, subspecies and varieties of plants from Europe, Asia, America and Africa, including collections of mountain, medicinal and honey-bearing plants, rhododendrons, azaleas, magnolias and lilacs.
Admission to the arboretum is free.
