The Arboretum in Lipno is considered one of the oldest dendrological gardens in Poland - its origins date back to the end of the 18th century (established around 1783 by Jan Nepomucen Praschma, owner of the Niemodlin estate). It is located in one of the warmest areas of the Opole region.
The arboretum currently covers approx. 4.18 ha. It forms part of the 'Lipno' nature and landscape complex.
Admission completely free, the site is accessible 7 days a week around the clock.
