The Dendrological Garden in Orle was established in 1995 and gained the status of a botanical garden in 2010 by decision of the General Director for Environmental Protection. It is a private facility.
The garden covers about 90 ha and holds more than two thousand trees and shrubs of various species and varieties. It is situated by a lake, which forms its centre; it is the only facility of its kind in Poland offering the opportunity to go fishing.
