The Palm House in Zielona Góra is located on Winne Wzgórze (Wine Hill), at ul. Wrocławska 12A. It was built in 1961, and its glass structure adjoins a winemaker's villa from 1818.
The palm house holds about 150 species of plants, shrubs and trees from the equatorial and tropical zones, as well as aquariums with exotic fish. Nearby there are a wine park, a playground, a maze and a fountain.
Admission to the palm house is free; open Tue-Sun 12:00-21:00, closed on Mondays (maintenance work).
