The first and only zoological garden in the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship. It was established in 2002 and obtained official zoological garden status in 2016. It presents over 120 species of animals from all over the world.
The zoo is located in the village of Lisów (the hamlet of Wygwizdów) in the Morawica commune, near Kielce, in a forest setting.
Among the animals are, for example, zebras, meerkats and lemurs, nearly 40 species of birds, as well as Indian nilgai, brindled gnu, Bactrian camels, African lions, scimitar oryxes, forest buffaloes, crowned cranes, emus and rheas. Playgrounds and educational trails are available.
