Droga pod Reglami is a walking, cycling and skiing trail running at the foot of the Western Tatras on their northern, Polish side. The trail begins at the foot of the Wielka Krokiew ski jump in Zakopane (about 890 m a.s.l.) and ends at the mouth of the Kościeliska Valley in Kiry (Kościelisko). It is about 8 km long.
The route runs along the edge of the Tatra National Park, passing the mouths of many Tatra valleys: the Biały, Strążyska, Mała Łąka and Kościeliska Valleys. It leads at the foot of the foothill peaks (Krokiew, Sarnia Skała, Łysanki, Hruby Regiel).
From the trail there are views of Zakopane and the Gubałówka Foothills with Gubałówka and Butorowy Wierch. The trail has been marked in black since 2004.
This is one of the easiest Tatra trails, recommended for families with children (including with prams), cyclists and walkers with dogs.
The trail is accessible all year round.
Starting point at the Wielka Krokiew ski jump in Zakopane; end point in Kiry (Kościelisko).
